Si, soy un felino

When Simon the house cat encounters a group of large wild felines, he tells the big cats that he's a cat, just like them. The incredulous cats laugh at Simon until he shows them that they're more similar than different. This hilarious story makes a great read-aloud and reminds us that in spite of differences we may have with others, we have more in common with each other than not. Simon's explanations of what makes an animal a feline make this a great teaching tool.
